We run the hosting — setup, renewals, performance, SSL — in your name. You own everything; we keep it running.
What happens if my site goes down at 2am?
On Standard and Priority, monitoring catches it and we restore from backup — you read about it after it's fixed. On Essential, we restore as soon as it's reported.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, monthly. Start on Essential, move up when you want monitoring and edit time. No penalty either way.
Is a Care Plan required?
With the 1-Page Launch, yes — it's how the site stays fast, current, and backed up. With everything else it's optional and recommended.
What counts as a content edit?
Text changes, photo swaps, new testimonials, hours, menu updates — anything that doesn't change the structure of the site. Send it over — turnaround is typically 24 hours.
