The phone should ring more than it does. Here's where the jobs are leaking.

Show up everywhere customers look — Google, the map, even ChatGPT — and get a count of the calls every month, so you never wonder if it's working. Every price is below, in public, the same one everybody else gets.

Nothing's wrong with your work. The phone just doesn't ring like it should.

The jobs come from the same repeat customers and the same three or four referral sources. When those go quiet, the week goes quiet. You answer the phone yourself, so you know exactly how many times it rang today.

And you've paid someone for this before. You may still have the report. Fourteen pages, a green arrow near the top, a chart climbing left to right, a line about traffic being up eighteen percent, and somewhere in the middle a blog post titled five signs you need a new water heater. What was never in it: how many people called you because of any of that. You asked once. The next month the report was longer.

Meanwhile a guy three years into the trade with a newer van sits above you on the map. Your work didn't get worse. The way people look for you changed, and nobody moved you with it.

So where are the jobs actually leaking?

Three places a man looks for you now. Showing up in one of them doesn't put you in the other two.

  • He types water heater leaking Wheeling into Google and reads the first few results.
  • He looks at the little map with three businesses on it and taps one of the three. Those three get the calls. Everybody underneath might as well be closed.
  • Or he asks ChatGPT who's a good plumber near Wheeling and gets three names back in a sentence. If you're not one of them you were never in the conversation, and you'll never see it as a missed call, because it never became one.

The repair is boring and physical. Pages on your site written in the plain sentences people actually type, not trade language. A map listing that's finished — real hours, real service area, real photos, and reviews from the last three months, because three out of four people want to see one that recent. And your pages written plain enough that when ChatGPT answers, it's reading your towns and your hours off your own site instead of guessing.

The first thing we install is the count.

Month one, before a single page gets rewritten, we put counting on your phone number and your forms. Every call and every form gets a source attached to it — Google, the map, the site, wherever it came from. That setup is $950 on its own, and it comes with the monthly.

At the end of the month you get the count. Calls this month, where they came from, next to last month's number. One page. Not fourteen.

Understand what that does. It hands you the thing you need to fire us. Three months in, if the number hasn't moved, you're not arguing with a chart — you're looking at a count you can check yourself, and you leave. Three months to start, then month to month, thirty days notice.

You know your average ticket. I don't. Put it next to the monthly and do that math yourself before you call me.

RECOMMENDED
SEO Growth
$2,750
a month, plus $750 once to set it up

Your site cleaned up so Google can read it, four new pieces of writing a month about the jobs you want more of, the work that puts you in the answers ChatGPT and Gemini give, outside links earned rather than bought — and the counting, the $950 piece, included.

THE OTHER RUNG
Total Visibility
$3,000
a month for all of it

Everything above, plus your map listing worked every week — posts, photos, the questions you answer on the phone all day — and reviews handled: a request goes out after the job, an alert when somebody posts, replies drafted in your own words for you to approve. Bought separately those three run $3,249. The bundle is $249 a month less.

Two hundred and fifty dollars a month is the whole difference between the two. Same bill, nobody extra to chase.

The commitment, stated plainly

Minimums, out loud: three months to start, then month to month with thirty days notice, no fee, nothing that renews itself behind your back. The map work bought on its own is $750 to set up and $300 a month on a six-month minimum. Why six: it takes about sixty days to move and another sixty to hold. Charging you for three would be selling you a coin flip. Everything else is month-to-month after the start.

One plan sits above these — $4,500 a month plus $1,000 setup, which adds full Spanish across everything, local press, a site tuned to turn visitors into calls, and a strategy sit-down every quarter. That's the top of what we sell. There is nothing above it, and nobody here calls you next quarter with a bigger number. Most shops your size don't need it, and I'll say so.

Proof you can check without calling me.

Pull out your phone. Search for what you do in your own town and see who's in the three on the map. Then ask ChatGPT the same question and see whose names come back. Whatever you find is what your customer finds, and it cost you nothing to look.

Then do it to us. Search for a company that does this in Libertyville, or in Mundelein, and see where we land. Try Vernon Hills too — that's our own town, and we're still climbing there. I won't print a number for you. Numbers move, and anybody can screenshot a good day.

A pressure washing outfit down in Tamarac, Florida came to us with no site and nothing on Google at all. A quarter later he was in the top ten of his local results and taking calls off Google. We picked up a plumber in Wheeling this month. Nothing to show you there yet — four weeks isn't a result. Ask me in the fall.

The free Visibility Report is automated, runs in about thirty seconds, needs no call, and tells you where you stand today. The $497 Search Everywhere Audit tells you why: twenty-five-plus checks run by hand across Google and the map, where you stand inside ChatGPT and the AI answers, a map of where your competitors are beating you, and a forty-five-minute walkthrough call with the founder. Hire us and the whole $497 is credited back. Don't, and you keep the teardown.

Common questions

How long until the phone actually rings more?

The map side moves first — figure about sixty days for it to move and another sixty to know it held. The site side is slower, and I'm not handing you a date for it. That's why the start is three months and not a year, and why the counting goes in during month one: you watch the number before you decide anything further. Anyone promising you a date is guessing at your market.

What do I actually get each month?

One page. Calls and forms for the month, where each one came from, next to last month's number, plus the monthly report on what got done. Not fourteen pages of charts with the one number you care about left out of all of them.

Am I locked into a twelve-month contract?

No. Three months to start, then month to month with thirty days notice — no fee, nothing that auto-renews. The map package bought on its own runs six months, because it takes about sixty days to move and another sixty to hold, and charging you for three would be selling you a coin flip. The count is why you don't have to guess. If the number isn't there, fire us.

Is the $497 audit just a sales pitch with a price on it?

No. The founder runs it by hand — twenty-five-plus checks across Google and the map, where you stand inside ChatGPT and the AI answers, and a map of where your competitors are ahead of you — then a forty-five-minute call going through all of it with you. Hire us and the $497 is credited back in full. Don't, and you keep the teardown.

The next report you get should be one number.

Both prices are on the next page, no form in front of them. Look at the two, then decide if we should talk.
