He says“I want to own this market.”

Own your market — in both languages

Every way a customer in your area can look for your service — English or Spanish, Google or ChatGPT — they find you first. This is the top of what we sell, and the price is printed on the page.

You're the biggest name in town. So why is the phone quiet?

Four trucks. Twenty-plus years. Everybody at the fish fry knows your name, and half the guys in your trade learned the work from you. Then a family moves into one of the new subdivisions, picks up a phone, types your service and the town name, and three companies come back that you have never heard of.

Drive your own route on a Tuesday. Count the houses where the conversation at the door happens in Spanish. Those customers look in Spanish too, and nothing of yours comes back at all.

You already paid somebody to fix this. Second Tuesday of the month, a PDF landed in your inbox. Green arrows. A chart labeled impressions. A list of word pairs no human being has ever said out loud. Somewhere on page three, domain health: good. Nowhere on any page: how many people called you, and which of those turned into a job.

What's actually leaking — and how it gets closed

A customer in your area looks for you in more than one place, and each place is a door you're either standing in or you're not. Google results. The three-business map sitting above them. The reviews under your name. And now a man typing best plumber near me into ChatGPT, or asking Gemini, and calling whichever name comes back. Most shops in your trade are built for one door.

Here's what we actually do. Month one is the boring one — your site gets gone through page by page and whatever is stopping Google from reading it gets fixed. After that:

  • The whole site in Spanish. Real pages a Spanish-speaking customer can read and call from, not a translate button in the corner.
  • Four new pieces a month: a page for a town you drive to, a write-up on a job you want more of.
  • Your business written plainly enough that ChatGPT, Gemini, and the answer Google puts at the top can read it and hand back your name.
  • Local press — your name on real news and trade sites in your area.
  • The page a customer lands on, run two ways at once, and we keep whichever one gets more calls.
  • Every three months I sit at your table for an hour and we go through what moved and what's next.

What's not in it: the map. That listing is its own package — $750 to set it up, $300 a month, six months minimum. I'd rather tell you that here than have you find it out in month two.

What it costs, and where the ceiling is

Every price public · every minimum printed
The commitment, stated plainly

Market Leader is $4,500 a month, plus $1,000 to set it up. Three months to start, then month to month with 30 days' notice. No fees, nothing that auto-renews. One bill.

What's in it: everything in our Growth package, then the whole site in Spanish, your name in the local press, the page a customer lands on run two ways to see which one gets more calls, and the hour at your table every quarter.

And this is the top. There's no platinum tier behind it and no upsell I'm holding back. At Market Leader, the only thing left to buy is another truck.

Most owners should not start here. If Spanish isn't a real share of your market, Growth at $2,750 a month plus $750 setup does the job. If you want the map and the reviews running alongside it, that's Total Visibility — $3,000 a month for the three together, $3,249 if you buy them one at a time. And if the only thing missing is the map, that's $750 to set up and $300 a month. Buy the smaller one.

Don't take my word for it. Check it yourself in a minute.

Open Google. Type what you'd type to find a company that handles search for a business in Libertyville. Then do it again for Mundelein. See where we come out. I'm not printing a number here — numbers move, and anybody can screenshot a good day. Check Vernon Hills too. That's our own town and we're still climbing there, and I'd rather tell you that myself than have you catch it.

Then hold us to the same thing. Month one, a counter goes on every call and every form. Every month after that you get one number: the calls that came in. Not impressions. Calls. If that number isn't there, fire us — three months to start is short on purpose.

A pressure washing outfit in Tamarac came to us with no website and nothing on Google. A quarter later he was coming up in his local results and taking calls off them. A plumber in Wheeling started with us this month, and I have nothing to show you yet. Ask me in the fall.

Before you spend anything, run the free visibility report. It's automated, about 30 seconds, no call required, and it tells you where you stand today. If you want the why behind it, the $497 Search Everywhere Audit is me by hand: 25-plus checks across Google, the map, and what the AI assistants say when somebody asks for your trade, then 45 minutes on the phone going through all of it. Hire us and the $497 is credited back in full. Don't hire us and you keep the teardown.

Run it in English, then run it in Spanish. Most of your competitors have never checked the second one.

Common questions

Do I really need the Spanish side, or is that an upsell?

Drive your own route on a Tuesday and you'll know. If a real share of the houses you pull up to speak Spanish first, those customers are looking in Spanish and finding somebody else. If they're not, skip it and buy Growth at $2,750 a month. I'll tell you that on the call, before you spend $4,500.

What happens after the three months?

Month to month, 30 days' notice, no fees and nothing that auto-renews. The three-month start exists because nothing meaningful shows up in four weeks and I won't pretend otherwise. The map package runs six months for its own reason: it takes about sixty days to move and another sixty to hold. Charging you for three would be selling you a coin flip.

How do I know it is working this time?

A counter goes on every call and every form in month one. After that you get one number a month — the calls that came in, next to last month's. One page, plain numbers, no green arrows. If that number is flat at month three, you fire us and you're out. That's the safeguard, and it's the one that matters.

Is there anything above Market Leader?

No. That is the ceiling and I'll say it out loud: $4,500 a month plus $1,000 setup is the most we sell anybody. Nobody here calls you next quarter with a bigger package. If you're already there and you want more work, the answer is another truck, not a bigger invoice.

This is the ceiling. Nothing above it exists to sell you.

If it's more than your market needs, say so and I'll sell you the smaller one. That's the whole reason the prices are printed instead of quoted.
